Albert Pujols admitió el miércoles que sintió una "mordida" en la pantorrilla izquierda durante el triunfo de los Cardenales sobre los Mets en entradas extra.
Pujols bajó la velocidad mientras corría a la inicial tras un batazo en el décimo episodio.
No fue sacado del partido, y se espera que pueda jugar en el encuentro del jueves.
Por ahora no parece nada serio.

Albert Pujols acknowledged Wednesday evening that he felt a "bite" in his left calf during the Cardinals' extra-innings win over the Mets.
Pujols pulled up short while running down the first base line in the 10th inning. He wasn't removed from the game, though, and he expects to play in Thursday's afternoon tilt. We'll call this a minor issue for now.
